This information is kept only long enough to perform this function, unless there are legal and regulatory requirements. These requirements do not apply to most users. We may provide an anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After their comment is approved, those with a Gravatar profile will see their profile picture in the context of their comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website or our social media pages, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to these websites can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

The Contact form on the Contact page sends us an email with your name, email address and comments. This information is only used to reply to your request. It will never be used for marketing purposes or shared with others.

The sign-up form to be notified of new content asks for your first name and email address. This information is only used to notify you of new content on our website. It is never be used for marketing purposes, and never shared with others.
